Hire The Brewery For Your Next Event?
Our unique setting allows us to bring something ‘different’ and individual to your celebrations and special events, so whether you are planning a wedding, a christening, a party or a wake let the team at Lymestone look after you and your guests.
We also offer our space for corporate parties, business meetings, and events with the option of adding in lunch, tea and coffee a full bar or soft drinks and are happy to discuss your requirements with you.

Hire 1 Room: £40 per hour max 55 people.
Hire 2 Rooms: £55 per hour max 100 people.
A full bar will be available including of course our award-winning beers.
Please note that your room booking will run from 30 mins prior to your event start time and 30 mins after the event has taken place this is due to staff being needed for room and bar set up and also for clean up and close down.
Event organisers are welcome to visit us for room dressing and set up of food vendors and entertainment prior to the event taking place. Please contact us to discuss this.
We are pleased to offer you the option to add food to your room booking. Whether that be a hot or cold buffet with the option to add dessert.

Dessert £4.50 Per Head
Vegetarian options are available.
Whether you are looking for the perfect food for your party, coffee, and cake or tea and biscuits to help boost energy levels throughout your meeting. Feel free to call us to discuss your requirements.
You are also welcome to book food separately if preferred some suggestions include; Hog Roast, Pizza, or a Chip Supper!
All food vendors/suppliers must have a food hygiene certificate and public liability insurance.
Or you may prefer to bring a buffet, you can pick up pre-prepared items and sandwich platters from Morrisons or M&S.
You may of course bring your own food or prepare a buffet yourself but this is done so at your own risk.
Lymestone Brewery is a wheelchair-accessible venue with level/wheelchair-friendly access via our roller shutter door, we also have an accessible toilet on site. If you have any questions regarding access requirements please don't hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to discuss your requirements with you to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable visit.
We are happy to offer use of our projector for your meetings or events. Please let us know if this is something you require.

Terms & Conditions: Please call us to make a booking on 01785 817796. We ask for a 50% payment in order to secure the booking and the remaining 50% to be paid prior to the event.
Deposits will be non-refundable if cancelled less than 7 days before the event (covid excluded.)
